Shipping
Each jar and bottle are carefully filled from our studio in micro batches for ultimate freshness and efficacy. Packages ship from Los Angeles on within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation. After leaving our facility, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal freight time to your destination. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. During special promotions, expect some delay as our small team works to deliver the most extraordinary service to you. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
USA
Packages within the USA ship via USPS Priority Mail.
International
We ship all over the world via USPS, FedEx, or DHL Global Express depending on location.
International orders with a product total over $150 ship free.
International orders with a product total under $150 ship with a $30 flat rate.
All order totals will include local tax, if applicable, to be prepaid at checkout.
We do all we can to take the very best care of our clients, near and far. Sometimes it can get a little complex sending our treats around the world, so please do fully expand and review the section below so you know what to expect in terms of any government-required duties or taxes if you are ordering from, or shipping to, a destination outside the USA.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We want you to LOVE every component of your Swell Botanicas skincare experience. If you are not smitten with your selection, we do not wish for it to gather dust or disappointment. In most cases, returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. However, in rare cases we may accommodate refunds if product is returned due to an allergic reaction, damage or defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 10 days of reaching out. There must be 50% or more of the product left in the jar/bottle in order to qualify. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a $10 return shipping and administrative fee.
*Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available only for purchases made through swellbotanicals.com.
*International shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes are not eligible for refund.
*Orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received are not eligible for return.

Orders are subject to sales tax in California. This may change without notice depending on regulations.
All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate.
